  • To identify Softgoals, one can start by asking the following question: “what are the quality attributes or non-functional requirements (NFRs) that need to be satisfied from the point of view of the users?”
  • Next, you will identify indicators. Start by asking the following question: "what numeric metrics would be used to compare and evaluate the algorithms?"
